A quiet, light and airy double bedroom overlooking the back garden.

Downstairs there is a large and well-stocked kitchen which leads to the utility room with a washing machine and the back door for easy access to the garage. There is a comfortable living room with TV (Virgin Media and Netflix)and a dining/office area with sliding patio doors leading to the garden. We have a downstairs spare bedroom for guests and a WC with shower.

Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, a WC and a separate bath and shower room. Stairs lead up to the attic where there is plenty of storage space.

To the front we have a driveway for 2 cars and a small garden. There is side access to the garage and large back garden. There is patio space for barbecues and at the bottom of the garden is a washing line.

We operate a communal kitchen, sharing food and taking it in turns to cook or do the washing up. This works out at approximately £25 a week each.

Other bills (council tax, virgin media, gas and electricity, water, TV license) are approximately £120 a month

We are looking for a fourth housemate for our lovely home. We enjoy a chat over the dinner table although the house is large enough that if you want your own space you can find it.
