Looking for a lovely new lodger to move into my house in Bestwood/Arnold/Sherwood area - just a 10 minute drive from Nottingham city centre. Room available from May.

A good sized double in a beautiful home, with use of own private bathroom, next to bedroom. The property is modern, homely and calming.

It has a decent sized patio/garden - great for BBQs! And a large garage, perfect for storing bikes or anything else you might have. Driveway with space for 2 cars and plenty of room for parking on residential street.

Public transport direct to city centre, approx 2 miles away and within easy walking distance to the City Hospital. You can also drive (5 mins) or walk (30 mins) to Sherwood, which has lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants, Woodthorpe park and a gym.

Looking for a working professional or mature student, ideally aged between 27-40. Open to full week lodgers or Mon-Fri.

I’m a friendly, sociable, respectful, clean and tidy live in landlady and looking for the same qualities in a potential housemate. I enjoy socialising but equally enjoy my own space and relaxing nights in.
