The walk to David Lane is through Vernon Park, a pleasant park (pond, ducks, fitness bars, children's play area etc ). The available room is a good size with a bespoke double bed and newish mattress, desk and wardrobe. Viewing recommended. The house is the only one held by the landlady (NRLA member and licensed by Nottingham Council).
Rent £600pcm. The house and furnishing are in good condition with most of the furnishings new (less than 4 years old) as are the washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a small back garden/yard
with washing line.
Gas and electrical safety certificates held. Council Tax Band A. Energy Performance rating E, though since this was evaluated a new boiler, insulated living room floor, new roof and front and back doors have been installed. Smoking is only permitted in the garden/yard.
