Double room available in Radcliffe on Trent

We are seeking a friendly housemate to share a relaxed, comfortable and secure large six bedroomed house in Radcliffe-on-Trent.
The bedroom is furnished with drawers, a new double bed, large walk in wardrobe, wooden flooring. The bedroom is situated at the rear of the house on a quiet residential street.
There is a shared lounge, garden, dining room, bathroom and downstairs toilet (2 other bedrooms are ensuite). Also broadband high speed wi-fi and full gas central heating throughout the house. There is free off street parking, a lawned garden with a barbecue, and patio doors opening onto decking with a swing seat and a mini gym in the garage
The shared kitchen has timber flooring, cooker, hobs and microwave, a washing machine and dryer. There is a separate pantry for food storage with fridge. The dining room includes a dining table and seats for 8 diners. There is a large lounge with two leather easy chairs and a three seater reclining leather sofa as well as a 48inch TV.

I am the live in landlord, and am outgoing, friendly, with a sense of humour. My wife Sally lives with me and friends and lodgers, Paul and Linda.
The rent of £100 per week includes all bills except food.

Radcliffe-on-Trent is a highly regarded village south of the River Trent, only 5 miles from West Bridgford and 7 miles from the centre of Nottingham. Buses run into Nottingham every 10 minutes and go through West Bridgford. At weekends they run until 3am, which is great after a night out in Nottingham, and the bus stop is only a couple of minutes from the house. There is also a train station which is approximately 10 minutes walk away.
Radcliffe has 4 pubs which do lovely meals, 4 restaurants, 2 late opening grocery shops, a library and other village centre shops with parking. There is a footpath to open fields two minutes away, and lovely views of the Trent from the cliffs, a 5 minute walk away.
The rent of £100 per week inclusive is payable in advance every 4 weeks and a £200 deposit. Minimum 2 months let and no maximum, subject to one month’s notice to leave by either party.
