Also downstairs are a shared dining room, sun lounge and living room. The garden has a dining area too - in the pergola, which is a lovely place to eat on warm sunny days.

The house is at the top end of a friendly, quiet cul de sac, with a handy bus stop on the A60 Mansfield Road at the other end. There's also a driveway with plenty of space for two vehicles to park in front of the garage.
