I’m looking for someone who wants to rent for a minimum of 6 months.
I’m happy to let to anyone and everyone but all I ask for is a neat and tidy person. You’re welcome to use all the house amenities as long as they are returned to the same condition they were.
The double room is currently furnished and the single room can be furnished as well depending on your preference.
The house is located in the middle of Retford town center:
1. The local bus station is 5 minutes walk away,
2. Asda is behind the house, so 1 minute walk.
3. Iceland is 5 minutes walk away
4. Other shops such as B&M, Wilko and dominos are also within 5 minutes walk.
5. King’s park and walks by the canal are also 2 minutes walk away for nature lovers.
