Edwardian House - 10 mins from Town

My home has just been fully refurbished from top to bottom. literally everything has been replaced including new kitchen, new bathrooms (with underfloor heating), drawing room and dining room. There's also a summer house. Double doors lead from the bar to the large patio which is south facing and surrounded by large trees and a private garden.

The house is located in the heart of Ruddington. The village has many shops and pubs and is 5 minutes from west Bridgford, 10 minutes from Nottingham.

There are 3 spare bedrooms to choose from, but i only plan on renting 1 room, 2 max. The room will come with its own bathroom and off street parking on the drive way. There's also a second small room which i will include as a study or dressing room.

Im very laid back, clean and tidy (have a cleaner who comes once a week to do bathrooms and kitchen).

like to go out at weekends, a lot of cooking and socialising with friends.
Normally I get home from work after the gym about 7.30-8pm, cook then watch a bit of tv.
