I do smoke, so this needs to not be a problem for the potential house mate. I also have my partner round often. I expect someone to be respectful and tidy enough, but won’t be a nightmare to live with. I have experience sharing houses so I am not unrealistic in my expectations. Rent is £400 per month, and bills are £100 per month. Couples are welcome, with a surcharge of £150 per month.
