I am looking for someone to rent a room. I am a homeowner and dont spend alot of time as I stay at my girlfriends alot. I am renting a fully furnished room which has a double bed. Ideally I am looking for either a student or professional who doesnt work nights.
The bathroom is shared and I have a large open planned living room. The garden is a decent size and I have a garage. There is a driveway however it is quite tight and I will need full time access to the garage but there is safe on street parking.
