Bathroom - Victorian style free standing bath, walk in shower and wc.

Kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, gas cooker and oven, toaster. All utensils and crockery provided.

House comes with weekly cleaner for all communal areas and all cleaning materials and toilet roll included in rent.

The house is located on Hucknall Road in Sherwood, off road parking and great bus links to the city centre as bus stop a few meters from the house.

The brown line NCT bus service runs from outside the house.

Walking distance to City Hospital and 25 minute walk from the Nottinghsm Trent University and City Centre.

The house has a Tesco few minutes from the house and a Sainsbury's & Aldi a ten minute walk from the house. Lots of cafe's, gyms, hairdressers in a few minutes walking distance from the house.
