I'm offering 2 double rooms to an individual or couple for £475 (a little more for a couple) including bills which means you'll have full use of the first floor (shared bathroom). They are basically furnished with double bed, wardrobe and comfy armchair, bring any other furniture you want to make it home.
The house is cosy and has a nice big modern kitchen (always the focal point of the house), bathroom and a cellar for extra storage. There's also a large sheltered porch for smokers who don't like getting wet!
The house is very close to 3 supermarkets, restaurants and some great pubs. The city centre is 15 minutes walk along Mansfield road with a very efficient bus service if you're in a hurry.
I often work from home but not evenings. Ideally I'm looking for an individual around my own age with similar interests to me.
