Situated next to Green’s Windmill, this turn of the century Victorian terrace house is located on a quiet and peaceful (dead-end) street.
Fresh, clean double attic bedroom available for let (don’t worry - the WiFi stretches up there and works perfectly!).

House is a 15/20minute walk to city centre and 15/20 min walk to train station. Permit street parking is available at no extra fee. Friendly quiet neighbours. Location ideal for little/no commute to work.

Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden with one female (me) who’s very clean and very tidy and housemate would need to be the same (this is non-negotiable I'm afraid, but for someone else who likes their home environment like this it should work well).

I'm trying to find ideally a female housemate who's on my level/wavelength to share the house with. During my free time I like to cook, bake, garden, keep active, socialise...and relax - I have a demanding job so I do like my free time not to be too chaotic, I like having a calm home environment and hope someone else would be looking for that too. I work full time office hours (from home) and would prefer someone who works similar hours, I find it makes for more amicable social and sleeping arrangements. I'm not a party girl by anyone's standards and I like sleep at regular night time hours so I'm looking for someone similar in that respect. I’d like to share with someone who’s also clean, tidy, friendly, non-smoking and personable. Ideally someone who also loves things like local markets and events, home-cooking, chilled nights watching telly in front of the wood burner with a glass of wine now and again, going out and about, but also it’s important that we respect each other’s personal space too.

I bought this house and moved to Nottingham almost four years ago. I’m 33, a full time marketing professional with a flair for decor and renovation - I’m bringing the house into the 21st century slowly...kitchen renovation just completed in March 2021. There are various small jobs still to do but no major works - all those are now complete.
