The house is a two bedroom terrace that came unfurnished, with a little garden out back. The house opens straight on to the street out front, where there is parking by permit, and the street itself is a quiet cul-de-sac. Town is about 20 minutes walk, as is the train station and tram stop there.
My cat is not very good with other animals so no pets considered unless it's something small which you will keep in your room.
The broadband is capable of handling both of us online gaming or streaming at the same time. Bills are included and the amount stated is inclusive of the council tax.
I am a quiet and reserved person looking for someone with a similar disposition who takes care of the house and is tidy. I am a curious person so I don't mind different interests as I may discover something new. The occasional movie night/game night might be nice if we like the same things. Please be certain you are fine living with cats.
