Friendly Couple Looking For Lodger

We are professionals who live quiet and calm life. For us home is a place where you can relax and feel safe. Our priority is to keep house clean and tidy, especially spare rooms and give you as much privacy as possible.
We are looking for professionals(full time only) with the same priorities.

The house is in a lovely quiet location and has just been fully renovated and will be well maintain if require. There is 5 minutes to local shop and bus station.
If you enjoy spend time close to nature, near here is canal where you can take a walk.

One room is occupied by very quiet professional who almost doesn't use kitchen.

Room is fully furnished with brand new furniture.

There is a bathroom and separate WC downstairs for lodgers only.

Spacious modern kitchen with dining room is equipped with appliances and amenities like: fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas hob, oven, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Dining table for lodgers only.

The room is only for single, no couples, sorry.

Broadband Virgin Media.

All bills included in the rent. There are no hidden cost.

There is another little occupier who is our baby. Due to that I can guarantee you that house is constantly warmed :)
