Large furnished attic bedroom with seating/TV area available in my home. Viewings available towards the end of May due to other commitments but feel free to message and ask any question!

The house is a 10 minute walk from Kings Mill Hospital with easy access to Tesco, Aldi, Morrisons, Asda etc to do your shopping and good bus links into Mansfield and Nottingham at the end of the street.

Sutton Parkway train station is only about 10 minutes away by bus as well.

I am 31 and a working professional.

You will have access to the bedroom, upstairs shower room, downstairs bathroom, kitchen (with washing machine) and dining room. I don't much use the dining room so if you wanted to fold down the table and turn it into a second lounge for yourself that would be fine too.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, a security deposit of one month's rent is required.

LGBT+ friendly house, I'm gay so if that is going to be an issue then it's better to know now!

The room would be ideal for someone working or studying at King's Mill Hospital, but any working professionals considered so long as we get on 😁

I have an indoor cat called Ford. He's friendly but likes his own space, he will appreciate lots of pets when you come to view the room though.
