The house is located in West Bridgford which is the best area in Nottingham . Very close to Nottingham university / Trent university And the city centre ..
It has a nice garden and a conservatory .
Plenty of parking spaces .
I am a doctor and this is my property .
Strictly for professionals , I might consider post grad students .
No alcohol /No pets / no smoking in the property .

I live in the master bedroom ( ensuite bathroom )
There are 2 other toilets / bathroom in the property .
Although the room is not strictly ensuite , you will be the only one to use the toilet and you might be sharing the shower room ( with one other housemate )
As per photoes .. lively kitchen with a massive American style fridge freezer .
Attractive garden. Also I have a mini gym as per picture in my conservatory and a table tennis in the garden .

All bills included ( including fiber optic virgin - fastest in the country.
The rooms are available for only one month till the 9th January and therefore short let considered ( IE few weeks etc )
Double room :400 pounds ( all inclusive )
Single room : 350 pounds ( all inclusive )
