Seeking one person to share with me this lovely, newly decorated house in West Bridgford (regarded as the nicest and safest area of Nottingham). Please note that the rent is inclusive of ALL bills, internet and Netflix.

Beautifully furnished 1 x Large Double OR 1 x Large Single bedrooms on the first floor of a spacious 3 storey, 5 bed Victorian semi. Both bedrooms overlook the lovely, large, south facing garden, so enjoy lots of natural light.

This stunning house is on a classic, tree-lined street in West Bridgford, in an ideal location for just about anyone. It is a light and spacious house with lots of character, in easy walking distance of the buzzing West Bridgford town centre bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and park, the river, David Lloyd and other gyms plus Trent Bridge cricket ground, Notts Forest ground, and Nottingham city 30mins + away by foot. Both universities and the QMC are readily accessible from here too.

The house is a large and inviting, double-glazed 5 bed Victorian semi with plenty of space for two or three people to spread out in as well as share together comfortably.
The house share comprises all areas of the house other than my own bedroom - spacious kitchen diner, two living rooms, hall, bathroom, toilets, utility room, cellar, garden, garden shed (for bike storage, garden furniture)
There are three toilets with wash basins in the house, where the main bathroom has a big bath with shower over. I have an ensuite shower in my own room too so the house bathroom will be mainly available to you.
All usual high quality mod cons: gas central heating, combi-boiler, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, generous fridge freezer and a second fridge, fast fibre Internet, TV including Netflix.
The rear garden is a fabulous sunny place to relax in

The large double room has a double bed, wardrobe, tallboy set of drawers, small desk and chair, easy chair. Bed linen is provided.

The large single room has a generous single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, stool and space for a small table/desk and office chair (which can be provided if wanted). Bed linen is provided.

I am a senior university lecturer and work from home some of the time. The person who would enjoy living here is a full time employed professional and someone who is quite independent, friendly, responsible and respectful to others e. g. clean and tidy.
