Top floor bedroom available in this four bed, friendly house share on Mona road close to the River Trent and surrounding nature spot (The Hook) in Lady Bay.
There are 2 guus working full time mon-fri and I work a variety of shifts I also have a small friendly dog.
It's a 15 min walk to West Bridgford avenue's shops and bars. Locally there's a Co-op, 4 barbers/hairdressers, 2 pubs including 'The Poppy and Pint', a cafe, chip shop and an indian take away. We also have a monthly pizza oven van.
The National water sports centre including a gym at Holme Pierpont is close by.
The bus to Nottingham city centre takes 20 mins and the bus stop is at the end of the road.
