The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a cloakroom, two bathrooms, a comfortable and very well equipped kitchen/diner with its own lounge area.

A separate utility room, separate shared lounge, large conservatory and three seating/eating areas outside.

This is a good area close to all amenities, so, gyms, supermarkets and coffee shops are within walking distance, library, restaurants and bars are close by.

There are excellent transport links including the tram direct to the train station, the city and beyond.
