The apartment comes with parking for 2 cars and its own private garage which can be used for additional storage or parking.

The reason for the vacancy is that my current flatmate is having to relocate for work but I would like to stay for the reasons above and because this apartment offers the best value for money that I can find.

I am ideally looking for a professional who is laid back, sociable and up for a few drinks at the weekend.

The rent does not include the cost of bills, but these are already set up so won't require any setting up when moving in.
