Large 4 bedroom house with 1 single and 1 double bedroom available currently, another double room available at start of Feb 2022.

The large double rooms each have a double bed and built in storage or a wardrobe. The single room has a single bed and built in storage. Bedding and curtains are all provided.

There is a large communal living area, a fully equipped kitchen with room for everyone, with washing machine and tumble drier, and a spare fridge freezer to make sure you have enough room. The bathroom is communal and has a decent bath and shower.

There is free unlimited wifi available, and all bills are included in the rent. The house is double glazed, and stays nice and warm.

The house is overlooking a pond/lake, which can seen from the back windows. The house is in a quiet area, despite being close to town.

There is car parking space on the drive alongside the house, as well as having a free car park right next to the house (so there is never any trouble parking!).

I will be having a cleaner twice a month for communal areas (bedrooms can be done if requested) and this is included in the rent.

The house is less than half a mile from the train station, good bus links and close to the M1.

It is very close to the centre of town, and everything is within walking distance.

All tenants must be in full time employment (or self employed), will be asked to provide payslips and references, and will have to be credit checked.
