A room in South Abingdon

The Atlas Room, a good sized, bright and tastefully decorated room, is available on a long term basis from 1st May 2023:
- Good sized double room, large front window so nice and bright
- Oak floor, oak and cream furniture, comfy armchair
- Tastefully decorated: A National Geographic World map mural adorns one entire wall
- The room is close to the downstairs cloakroom (toilet and basin), although not exclusive, is rarely used by others, so feel free to keep your toothbrush in there!

The room is in a friendly house share. As landlady I am proud that two tenants chose to come back to the house after periods away and also that there is apparently a Whatapp group in the house called "V's Sims" (my name is Vanessa!!).

Communal areas include the kitchen bench with stools. upstairs lounge with 46 inch TV and surround sound system. There is a freshly gravelled back garden with patio area and a covered pergola and a lined shed for push bikes. There is miles of common land and a river to the rear, just open the back gate!

The front garden has been restructured for cars (there is also loads of street parking). Plenty of storage space in the kitchen and two cooking areas.

The rooms are high caliber, so I insist on high caliber tenants. Clean, tidy, prepared to contribute and look after the shared areas as well as their own room is a must.

The advert says non smokers, but smoking in the back garden is ok.

The house is in South Abingdon. Great access into Abingdon, Abingdon Business park, excellent road and bus routes to Didcot, Harwell, Culham, Milton Park, into Oxford, the A34, M4, M40.
