The ordinary room is available from 2/10/22, the large room from 7/10/22.

High standard, fully furnished accommodation let on a self-catering basis. Accommodation is semi-serviced (bed linen and towels provided if required and changed fortnightly; cleaners attend fortnightly) and within the landlady's own home.
The kitchen and living/dining room are shared with the other lodger: the landlady has her own spaces. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

There is driveway parking for 1 car per lodger, and secure garage parking for 1 pedal cycle.

All bills (except phone) and fibre broadband are included.
It is assumed that lodgers will not work from home. If they do, there will be a small additional daily charge.

The large room is furnished with a small double (4 ft) bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, kneehole desk with drawers and desk chair, and an easy chair. The room is a very pleasant double aspect room.
