Looking for a professional or student to share the flat. Furnished double room with ensuite and lots of natural light. Shared spacious living room and kitchen. Enclosed courtyard attached to building. All bills included. Shared use of hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge and chest freezer. Fibre broadband. There's no TV in the flat, but you're welcome to have one in your room. Free nearby on-street parking.

The flat is quiet, comfortable and easy to keep tidy. We have an affectionate indoor cat who is free to wander the living room, but won't have access to your room. My partner and I work in Oxford up to seven days a week, so you’ll generally have the flat to yourself during the day. Perfect for working from home.

Very easy access in/out of Oxford by public transport through to midnight (later on weekends). Bus stop 2 minutes walk from front door. 10 minutes walk to Waitrose, and big Tesco a short drive away.

Looking for a flatmate who is responsible, tidy, and conscientious. Visitors welcome, but keen for us to respect each others' space and privacy. Short or long stays welcome. Monthly rent cycle. One month minimum notice.
