Located just a few minute's walk from the very centre of stunning historical Bampton Village where Downtown Abbey were filmed, and only 10 mins drive to Witney, a lovely market town with great links to Oxford and the beautiful Cotswold countryside. Its only 7 mins driving to Carteton and 30 mins driving to Oxford. This is a large brand new home and we take pride in looking after it.

The house has a lovely big garden, the shared accommodation comprises a large entrance hall, cloakroom, downstairs & upstairs WC, utility room and large kitchen/dining/living area looking out over the garden with nice french glass doors .

The house is double glazed, cozy and in a very peaceful quiet area with a lovely countryside and places to walk near by.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge /freezer. All bills are inclusive in the price if you are a conscious user.

In the house its only myself and my husband, we are both professionals and very friendly. Our house is very clean. its a place where you can relax without noises around and in a healthy environment.
