THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has recently been refurbished and you will have use of a full kitchen including a sink and cooking station, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied and the communal areas are cleaned regularly by Ox Living. You will also have use of the living room where you will find multiple seating, a TV and a dining table. There is a laundry room where you will have free unlimited access to the washing machine and dryer. There is also a large rear garden with outdoor seating and secure bike storage. Off-street parking available on the large driveway.

THE ROOM 🛌
The room is lovely and light, positioned on the ground floor and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and bedside table. You will also have a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

The house is in a great location with Banbury Cross shopping centre close by where you will find a large Tesco Extra, home bargains, costa and other stores. Castle Quay shopping centre is also a short drive away as well as Banbury train station with great transport links to Birmingham and London. The M40 can be easily accessed by car with links to Birmingham, Oxford and London. Horton General hospital is also a short drive away from the house.
