Our current tenants tell us they love living in a homely house rather than a large 'multi-let' type property with fewer people moving in and out all the time.
The communal areas of this property include a large TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix, a breakfast bar, a cosy conservatory that is a great home office. All cooking equipment are available to use.
The room has good quality furniture including a orthopedic mattress, bed with headboard and under bed storage, large drawers and a double wardrobe. A TV point and Ethernet has been installed in each room.
Location is peaceful and handy being so close to a local shop and Aldi or Tesco, only 5 mins from the M40 and 15 min walk to town makes it ideal. Parking is never a problem as it's in a cul-de-sac and has a driveway.
All housemates are working full time and sometimes away for the weekend, sometimes chilling. We are looking for somebody who is kind, friendly and respectful who will fit into the calm atmosphere of the house with high morals and good communication.
