It's in Banbury near the college. 5 min walk from town. 20 min walk from train station.
£350 pcm + bills. One months deposit needed.
The house has a large garden, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Street parking, and there is also a drive.
The bedroom available is the room with the dining room table in it (I have left the table in for size reference). I will supply a double bed and there is a built in wardrobe.
The rest of the house is furnished as in photos. It is very quiet at night and is a friendly area.
