We are a small family (2 young children and 2 adults) living in a 4 bed house in a lovely area in Banbury in a quiet small cul- de-sac. We are looking to rent our spare room. It is on the second floor of our house and is a very private space. You will have your own large fitted wardrobe, desk included, a double sized comfortable bed, your own en suite and a your own personal fridge and smart TV. Any other necessities can be discussed. The view from the room is also wonderful, overlooking green fields. Parking available and bills included.
