THE PROPERTY
The house is 3-story and only 1 year old. It is based in the sought after location in Kingsmere, Bicester. You will have full access to the kitchen including a cooking station, washing machine, fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied. There is a dining table and chairs in the kitchen, and a separate living room with seating and a TV. There is a downstairs W/C, a shared bathroom on the first floor and a shared en-suite on the 2nd floor for rooms 3 and 4. Communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. You will also have access to a lovely rear garden and garage and there is off-street parking at the back of the property.

Room 2 is a double bedroom and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!
