THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has a stunning kitchen and co-living space which includes a dining area, sofa and TV. You will have full use of the kitchen including a cooking station, washing machine and dryer, fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and cooking equipment are included and communal areas are cleaned BI-weekly by Ox Living.
You will have use of the large rear garden with bicycle storage and outside seating and you will benefit from a gardener! Off-street allocated parking available. There is a communal bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs.

This property is only a 4-bed house, minimising the number of people you will share the communal areas with!

THE ROOM 🛌
Room 3 is fully furnished with a single bed, built-in wardrobe, a desk and bedside table. There is also under-bed storage and fast fibre optic in every room. Perfect for working from home!! ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
