A bright large double room with fitted wardrobe area and two windows. There is a cloakroom (WC) in a hallway right outside the room which can be exclusively yours, plus a separate large bathroom with bath & shower.

The room is fully furnished with a Kingsize bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a desk. Happy to do unfurnished/part-furnished if preferred.

All bills, Council Tax and WiFi included.

This is a 4 bedroom house, and you will be sharing with me, a single female with my 12 year old son. We are a happy, creative and tidy household.

There are also good sized front and back gardens here, which I'd like to make a nice sociable outside space this Summer!

Parking spaces are right outside the property, which faces a pretty central green. Upper Heyford is a friendly and sociable village, which seems to appeal to dog walkers and joggers. :)

This house is situated only a 5 minute walk from a local Sainsbury's, which I frequent to use their Costa machine for a latte!
