This room is only available for a minimum of 12 months and the new tenant needs to be happy going through a agency where a credit check and past payslips will be required.

The room available is a unfinished single room with a window out onto the rear garden which gets the sun throughout the afternoon and evening.

The rest of the property is furnished but new tenant will need to being their own cutlery and crockery.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath.

Heating to this property is run off oil which a couple times in the year. The past year has cost £400 total for the oil.

All bills are split 50/50 with myself.

The property is located just outside of Bicester. You must have a car or motorbike to commute from this property as there is no public transport.
Off road parking available.

Being in the countryside there is lots of walks to go on and can stop off at the local pub for a drink and a bite to eat at the Fox Inn. Located in the centre of the village, 5 minutes walk away.

It is VERY important that the new tenant is clean and tidy.
