Double & Single Room, North Aston

Organic farmer has 1 double and 1 single room available in a good sized 3 bedroom rural house situated in the village of North Aston.

The house contains shared kitchen, bathroom and a lounge with a log burner. All household amenities; central heating, high-speed fibre broadband, washing machine, dishwasher etc. are included. We're on the S4 bus route and a short cycle to Heyford train station, however a vehicle owner maybe best suited due to the infrequency of the public transport. The village has a strong sense of community spirit, but there are no local shops or amenities to speak of. Any questions please get in touch.

Looking for friendly, sociable house mates, male or female aged between 25 and 40. Someone who helps keep the place clean & tidy, and likes to share in the cooking (I bring home wonderful, organic produce through my job.) This has always been a house where the people living here have eaten meals together and socialised together, whilst respecting each others space. It would be great to keep it that way as I think it's important that we all get on so that it's a home rather than just a houseshare.
