Two rooms available to rent large Double and suite King Size room. Looking for a single professional in Full Time Work [and no couples and non-smokers please].
The rooms to let are in a modern built home on Bure Park; a nice and quiet area of Bicester.
In your room you will have use of the following furniture wardrobe/hanging area, draws, desk and chair and a double bed/Kingsize sleigh-bed.

There is a large family sized bathroom for the tenants.
In the rest of the house you will have use of the kitchen/ dinner room, garden and bathroom.
In the kitchen is fully kitted out with crockery, pans, appliances, kitchen utensils etc.
In terms of white goods to use there is a dish washer, microwave, fridge/ freezer and washing machine all for you to use.

The house is located in Bure park a 5 min drive into Bicester village and the Bicester town centre. It's also a 5 min drive to both Bicester Village and Bicester North train stations with a very good train connection to London.

The house has usable Wi-Fi and free parking available as the house is on a quiet road and the area is very safe.
The rent includes the following bills: gas, electricity, wifi and your water bill.
