THE HOUSE
You will have use of a modern kitchen with cooker, sink, dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space. There are a microwave, kettle and toaster and all crockery and cooking equipment are provided by Ox Living. The kitchen is open plan with the living and dining room where you will find multiple seating areas, a dining table and TV. There is one communal bathroom in the property which you will share with two other housemates. There is also a laundry room where you will have access to a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Parking available at the back of the building.

THE ROOM
Rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and chair. Room 2 has its own private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees.

NO DEPOSIT OPTION
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

THE LOCATION
The home is in a great location on the Garden Quarter in Bicester. It is close to the M40 with links into Birmingham and London. Bicester Village and the town centre are closeby as well as a large Tesco superstore.
