Bright and spacious double room for rent in a lovely house in Bodicote, near Banbury, 5 minutes’ drive from the Horton Hospital or 20 minutes’ walk. General house share and almost exclusive use of own bathroom next door to bedroom.
Just a few steps away from the local mini supermarket and post office, and 5 minutes’ walk from the local pubs. Fabulous countryside walks start within less than 5 minutes’ walk from the house.
I am looking for a professional to house share with me. I am a professional female who works full-time, albeit mostly from home due to the pandemic.
Must like pets as I share custody of my border collie/springer spaniel cross dog Jess with my ex-husband so we have canine activity for a couple of days a week! She is very sweet and well behaved! Occasionally my 16 year old son stays over also but he is very quiet and totally into his Xbox!
The rate is £450 per calendar month which includes all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water etc. but NOT telephone) and tea and coffee, but you must provide your own food and milk.
This rental is for Monday to Sunday but if you only require Monday to Friday please contact me for an alternative rental price.
