Ox Living has 1 large double room with a private en-suite available in a self-contained two-bedroom annexe. Available to move into from 1/9/21.

THE PROPERTY 🏡
The property is a two-bedroom self-contained annexe positioned in the garden of one of our larger house shares. You will have use of a modern open plan kitchen and living/dining room including lots of cupboards space, oven, sink station, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster; as well a dining table, sofa and wall-mounted TV. We provide all crockery and cooking equipment and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living. You will also have access to the secure bike storage in the garden and there is parking available on the driveway at the front of the main house. This is on a first-come-first-served basis.

THE ROOM 🛌
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, lounge chair, bedside table and a desk and chair. You will also have a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

❌ We cannot accept tenancies for shorter than 6 months.

THE LOCATION 📍
The property is in Botley with regular bus routes into central Oxford. The house is positioned in a quiet area with Raleigh Park nearby and a walk away from all amenities such as shops including Co-op, Iceland, McDonald's, Waitrose and ALDI!.
