Weekday room - Great for RAL/Harwell/Milton Pk/Oxf

Double room for rent

I have a room (available March 2nd) in my clean and tidy 4 bed house, in a quiet, green, lovely neighbourhood in the AONB which would suit a non-smoking professional looking for Mon-Fri (or shorter). I am open to discussing options.

The room has two bedside tables, dresser, double bed, TV (can be removed if not wanted) and you will have shared use of the main bathroom with one other tenant. The main bathroom is a good size with a bath, shower, toilet and full height towel rail.

It's a great location to walk/cycle or drive into Harwell/RAL and Milton Park; Chilton is just off the A34 and there is plenty of off road parking immediately in front of the house if you bring a car. Shed for bicycle storage. We are a short walk to the excellent pub across the A34 in Chilton.

Ideally you would be looking to use the room mid-week only, but I am flexible on the odd weekend if needed. The other tenant is 3 nights per week, (and gone by 7am) Shorter stays negotiable too.

Kitchen / diner is large and well equipped (gas hob, electric oven with grill, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven) and dining area with large table. Double doors open onto the garden with bbq available. A small shed and covered area is available if you need to store a bike.

The room would suit somebody who doesn’t mind cats as, although they tend to keep themselves to themselves, it’s also their home and are friendly.
