The house is detached with a large garden and it is situated close to the edge of the village. The room is light and airy and it gets the afternoon sun. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, easy chair, small wall mounted TV, table and chair. There is a powershower in the corner of the room and a WC & washbasin for sole use across the landing. Bedding can be supplied if required. Shared use of kitchen and washing machine. There is off road parking. We are looking for someone who does not smoke and who is clean and tidy. It is about 10 minutes walk to the main line railway station with trains to Reading and London. Trains to Oxford with a change at Didcot. There are hourly buses to Wallingford, with the bus stop nearby. Cholsey has two pubs, a small Tescos, a small local shop, pharmacy, butcher, hairdressers, a Chinese and an Indian resturant. The river is not far away where you can take pleasant walks along the Thames Path.
