Hello everybody.

I am renting out my spare room in my recently bought house. The lounge is looking a little nicer now as the wall is painted white and not that horrible yellow. I would accept a full time let or a Monday to Friday let (the advertised rent is for full time, Mon to Fri rent can be discussed). The room is available 2nd July until the end of August this year although I would accept a shorter period if needed.

The room is about 10m2 in size with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe

There is a shared lounge, bathroom, kitchen and large garden (perfect for BBQs). There is free parking on the street outside and a shed to store a bike. I have Netflix and Amazon prime which would be available to use. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space plus a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and washing machine.

Aldi and Costa Coffee are a 2 minute walk away.
There is a bus stop a 5 minute walk away which goes to Cowley Road and the city centre or to Headington and the JR Hospital.
The Mini factory is a 10 minute walk away.

Bills would be split and as an estimate would cost about £100 a month

I work at the Mini factory and so am out the house from 7am to about 5pm every weekday. I'm easy going and enjoy relaxing at home on the sofa or garden as much as out at the pub or a restaurant. I'm a clean and tidy person so a similar type of person would be good.
