🏠🏠 Looking for a housemate for a single room in our 3-bedroom townhouse 🏠🏠

Rent is £450 including all bills apart from council tax if payable. The room is furnished with a bed and two small sets of drawers, there are two cupboards opposite the room to use. The downstairs toilet is also essentially only used by the person living in the single room.

Location:
The house is located 5 minutes walk from the shopping centre, gyms and the cowley library. Its a 15/20 minute cycle into town or into Headington. 15 minute cycle to the river and with easy access to the ring-road. There is an off-street parking spot not currently in use.

Features:
There are 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet room, a large living area, kitchen, garage, utility room and patio.

Housemates:
I'm a graduate-entry medical student and the other resident works as a psychologist in Littlemore. We try to keep communal areas tidy so would hope any future housemates feel the same. We have a pet cat (Bruno) who is very friendly and fluffy!
