Spacious double room in professional house share

One of our housemates is sadly leaving so we are looking for a professional to take this spacious double room.

The property has a big kitchen / dining area and a large living room.

Plenty of unrestricted on street parking. There's a sunny garden with a shed which, on last inspection, was occupied by a large house spider called Frank who can sign for parcels.

Located on the corner of Horspath Road and Holloway the house is really well connected to Brookes, the Hospitals, BMW, business parks (bus stop outside our house), and is the strong toss of a pint glass from Cowley Road and it's cosmopolitan shenanigans.

We have fast internet *woop* (Virgin Media which doesn't drop out) and the most attentive landlord for any property I've lived in to date.

Bills are about £100 on top each month (but as we are coming into warmer months I imagine this will be less) inc. water, gas, council tax and broadband.

We are a sociable house, drink tea and venture to the pubs. However we also work long hours and at times keep ourselves to ourselves.
