Pet friendly room in amazing location

Sadly I have to leave my room and I am looking for someone to replace me.

The house is clean, newly renovated, well-maintained and in a cul-de-sac. Everything is new so the carpet is still soft and cozy! There's also a garage for a small car (pretty good for Oxford centre!) but currently we use it as storage room!

It is also super well located in Saint Clements. Just 5 min from Cowley road, supermarkets, and pubs! There's also a bus stop just right outside the doorstep, so it makes it super easy to take a bus to the city centre, London or the main airports.

The room is available from mid December but the moving date can be easily changed! It is a cozy single room and it's £510 per month, bills included.

You'd be sharing with two young professionals. They really like to spend time together but at the same time everyone is very respectful with everyone's personal space.

We are looking for someone who'd like to be part of the group rather than just sharing🙂
