Cosy single room in Cowley

Hi everyone!

A cosy single room will become available since tomorrow (13/01/21).
We are three people (from Spain, Peru and England) looking for a friendly, respectful and clean person to share our house with. We are into travelling, bikes, climbing, nature, sports and live music.
Our house has a back and a lovely front garden and a sunny (sometimes) living room.
The house is located in Cowley, between the “City Arms Pub” and Florence Park. We have parks, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants… very close. Also, the city centre is around 6 min by bike and 25 min by foot, everything very flat, without hills. There is a bus stop at 25 meters from the house.
However, I think the best part is the rent, probably one of the cheapest in Oxford. It would be £325 per month with Council tax, water and internet include. The gas and electricity would be apart, approximately £20 per month and a half (electricity) and £30 (gas) per three months. The total amount will be depending on us, if we spend less energy we will pay less too. So let's be sensitive! :)
