+NOTES We are currently on a 1 month rolling contract but our lovely landlady is retiring in the new year and will be handing over the managment of the property to an agency where they’ll be a new 12 month AST. The landlady has disclosed if you wish to move within the 12 month period she is happy for us to do so if we give a months notice period

+HOUSEMATES the house is home to a spilt male & female working professionals some who are still working from home. They occasionally spend eveings together, having dinner, drinks or BBQ in the summer. Everyone is also respectful of eachothers space.
