Spacious double room Cowley/Littlemore

Hi :),

I am a young professional working for the University. I own this nice mid-terrace 3 bed house which is decored with good taste. It locates by the Oxford ringroad in the Cowley/Littlemore area. I've been letting out the largest bed room for a year and half and the current tenant will be moving out at the end of July. So I am looking for a new housemate who can start at the end of July.

About the room:
The room is the largest bedroom in the house, with a size of 4.2m x 2.8m. The room has a Queen bed (2.1m x 1.6). It has two chests of drawers and a double wardrobe. It also has a line of shelves mounted on the wall that could be useful for books and baskets. The room also has space for a lounge chair. The room comes with a couple of other items, including lamps, clocks and mirror.
For bigger items, the house has a spacious and almost empty loft for storage.

About the house:
This mid-terrace house has a spacious living room that offers nice lounge space. The backyard is recently renovated. It's quite nice to chill and have BBQ at backyard sofa in summer nights.
The house has a garage which can be accessed through the backyard door. The garage is quite empty as I really don't have that many things in the house. So the garage also provides extra space for starage. In front of the garage is our parking space. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, so there are plenty space for parking in front of the house.
The bathroom is shared between you and me. It has a big vanity cabinet that offers plenty space for storage. The bathroom has a shower enclosure. I cleaned the bathroom every other week.
The kitchen has a fridge, a wash-dryer, a microwave, stove and oven. It has plenty cabinet and cupboard space.
The two other bedrooms are used for my bedroom and my study.

About me:
I am an easy-going person who works Monday to Friday. Week nights are normally quiet in the house, watching TV or doing some readings. I like to chill over the weekend and may do some outdoor activities with friends.
