Room 1 (Small Double)

We are looking for new house mates to fill rooms that have become available in our 6 person house. There is one small double room available. The house is located a 15 minute walk to the town center with a bus stop a minutes walk away from the house for longer journeys. Additionally the pubs and shops on Cowley road are a short walk in the opposite direction. The rooms are located on the top floor which also has its own kitchen and bathroom.

We are looking for a working professional that will fit in with the relaxed atmosphere of the house. We are ideally looking to get a female housemate to keep the gender balance of the house at 50:50. We consist of a mixture of professions and backgrounds who like to pop to the pub or enjoy a kayak trip together now and again, but also respect each others privacy when needed.

The bills come to ~£167 a month on top of the rent and include council tax, utilities, TV and internet. We can do in person or virtual viewings on Whatsapp (weekday evenings after 7pm). The deposit is £400.
