Cosy Room in friendly house in Cowley

I'm moving out of my current room, a lovely space right in the heart of Cowley, and looking for someone to take my spot.

The room comes with a wardrobe, desk, bedframe and mattress along with shelving built in. It keeps very warm with double glazed windows and is right next to the bathroom. We have two bathrooms (one of which has had a brand new shower built in and both have recently been repainted) and a WC so there's never any fighting for bathrooms first thing in the morning!

The living room is bright and well-furnished and the kitchen is fully decked with two large fridge-freezers, a washing machine, microwave, kettle and ample cupboard and shelf space. We also have a large sunny garden at the rear of the property that regularly has a gardener come by to handle.

The housemates are a sociable bunch, happy to head out for a pint or stick a movie on with a takeout, but equally are very respectful of privacy.
