We have decent ground floor double room available in our friendly shared house.

Located just off the Cowley Road on a quiet residential street, it's ideally placed with great access to local shops, amenities, colleges, public transport and about 20-25 minutes walk to the city centre (depending on your speed and route!). We're mere minutes walk away from the Rusty Bicycle pub, Green Routes café and The Missing Bean Coffee Roastery, all great local venues (with plenty more nearby too).

The current housemates are all professionals; we're a friendly, sociable bunch and we're also very respectful of each other's space (and need for a good night's sleep!) so if you're looking for somewhere peaceful where you can relax, this is the right sort of place. The house is clean and well maintained with a cleaning shared amongst us.

The double comes with all furnishings pictured including a double bed, desk, wardrobe, 2 chests of draws and bedside table. Also on the ground floor it has views out to the garden and is quiet, away from the road at the front

The house features a large kitchen equipped with a gas oven, microwave, 4-slice toaster, Nespresso machine, blender/juicer, electric kettle and a large-fridge freezer, along with plenty of cupboard space for all housemates. There is a wide array of crockery, cookware, utensils and cutlery provided.

There is a large bathroom equipped with bath, shower and toilet, together with storage space for each housemate's toiletries, as well as a separate toilet next door.

The house also features a small garden at the rear, with a washing line should the weather stay nice enough to dry your clothes!

Last but by no means least there is a small living room available to all housemates.

The rent includes all bills, and the house is equipped with 200mb Virgin Media broadband and central heating. Also included are basic cleaning supplies (eg. washing-up liquid, scourers, etc.) and essential toiletries (namely hand soaps and toilet tolls).
